The basics of how we quote, schedule and carry out work.
Quotes
Quotes are free and given after an on-site inspection. A quote given over the phone is an estimate only. The on-site figure is agreed before work begins and does not change once started, unless we find something unexpected, in which case we stop and discuss it with you before continuing.
Scheduling and access
We book an arrival window rather than an exact time, because job lengths vary. If your building requires vendor registration, a certificate of insurance, or a freight elevator reservation, tell us when booking so we can arrange it in advance.
Scope of work
We clean and inspect air ducts, dryer vents and chimneys. We do not carry out HVAC mechanical repair, masonry, or chimney liner replacement. Where we find damage outside our scope we document it with photos so you can arrange the right trade.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance.
