Yes, and there is no obligation to book after it. We would rather give you an accurate number and lose the job than win it with a low guess.
A rough range, sometimes. An accurate number needs someone to see the system. Vent count, duct length, and access all move it, and none of those can be assessed down a phone line.
Name, phone, city, and what you are noticing. If you are in a condo or gated community, mention the building, it saves a round of back-and-forth.
Call rather than emailing, the line is answered 24/7. If you suspect a dryer vent fire risk or a chimney problem, say so and we will prioritise it.
