We are based in Hallandale Beach and run routes across Broward and Palm Beach County every week. Two counties, one crew, the same price structure wherever you are in them.
Coverage
Two counties, not the whole state
Plenty of companies list every city in Florida and then quote you a travel surcharge. We cover Broward and Palm Beach, and we would rather tell you plainly that we do not serve Miami-Dade than take the booking and disappoint you.
Working a defined area is the reason we can usually get you scheduled within days. Our technicians are already in your part of the county most weeks, so fitting you in is a routing question rather than a special trip. Wherever you are, the work is the same: air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and chimney sweeping.

Two counties, two profiles
What the housing actually looks like
The two counties are not one market. Our technicians work both every week, and the systems they open are genuinely different depending on where they are standing.
Broward
Split between coastal high-rise and inland single-family. Along the beach and the Intracoastal, from Hallandale up through Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Pompano, it is closet air handlers, ceiling diffusers, shared risers and association access rules. West of there, in Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie and Coral Springs, it is longer attic duct runs and dryers sitting in the middle of the house with a long path to the roof.
Palm Beach
More gated and country-club communities, more homes that have been through one or two system replacements, and a higher share of properties that sit empty through the summer. Boca Raton and Delray have the same coastal salt exposure as the Broward beachfront. West of the turnpike, in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach, the properties are larger and the duct runs longer, which is the main thing that moves the time on site.
Pricing across the area
No travel charge and no county minimum
This is worth saying plainly, because it is not how everyone in this market works. Some companies apply a higher minimum to Palm Beach addresses, or to condos, on the grounds that they are further away or harder to reach.
We do not. A quote is built from the job in front of us: vent count, duct length, access and how much buildup there is. Where you live inside Broward or Palm Beach does not change the arithmetic, and neither does whether you are in a house or on the ninth floor.
What the price is actually based on
- Vent count, since every supply and return is cleaned individually
- Duct length and how many zones the system runs
- Access, an attic run takes longer than a hallway closet
- How long it has been since the system was last cleaned
- Not distance, and not whether the address is a condo

Quotes are based on the job, vent count, duct length, access, not how far we drove to reach you.
Condos and HOAs
Much of this coverage area is association-managed. Tell us the access rules and we build them into the appointment window.
Multiple properties
If you manage several units across both counties, we can coordinate them under one schedule and one point of contact.
Commercial
We work on commercial properties as well as homes. Tell us the building type and we will scope it properly.
Local conditions
Coastal, inland, and everything between
The two counties are not one environment. On the barrier islands and along the Intracoastal, salt air is the dominant factor. Exterior dryer vent caps and chimney flashing corrode years faster than they do five miles west.
Inland, the issue is different: newer construction with multi-zone HVAC, longer attic duct runs, and homes sealed tight enough that whatever is in the ductwork stays in circulation. Both need the same service. They just need it for different reasons, and we look for different things depending on where you are.
No. We cover Broward and Palm Beach County only. If you are in Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach or anywhere else in Miami-Dade, we are not the right call, and we would rather say so up front.
No. Pricing is based on the scope of the work, not distance within our service area.
