What we do

Air duct cleaning
Whole-system vacuuming and sanitizing, from the air handler out to every register.

No add-ons
What is included in every job
Quotes in this trade are hard to compare because companies include different things. A lower number often turns out to cover a smaller job. Whichever of our three services you book, this is in the price.
Inspection before quoting
We look at the system first and tell you what we found. If it does not need doing yet, we say so.
The price in writing
Agreed before any equipment comes off the van, and it does not move once work begins.
Photos on every visit
Before and after, without asking. All three services happen where you cannot see them.
The whole system
Ducts to every register, dryer lines to the exterior cap, flues to the crown. Not the accessible part only.
Scope
What we do not do
Companies that offer everything are usually subcontracting most of it. We would rather be genuinely good at a short list and tell you plainly where our work stops.
No HVAC repair
We clean ductwork. If the system needs mechanical work we tell you what we saw and you call someone who does that properly.
No masonry or liner work
We sweep and inspect chimneys. Structural repairs get documented with photos so you can hand them to a mason.
No air purifier sales
No UV lights or filtration upsells at the door. Ask and we will give you an honest opinion.
No blind quoting
A number given before seeing the system is a guess. We will not pretend otherwise to win the booking.

Booking more than one
Two services, one appointment
Air ducts and dryer vents are the pairing we do most often. Both run on the same principle, both get ignored for years, and doing them together means one visit instead of two.
If you have a fireplace as well, mention it when you book. A chimney inspection adds well under an hour to the visit and tells you whether it is safe to light before the first cold front.
Roughly how long each takes
- Air duct cleaning, two to four hours depending on vent count
- Dryer vent cleaning, usually under an hour
- Chimney sweep and inspection, usually under an hour
- Air duct and dryer vent together, half a day at most
- Condo and high-rise systems, add time for access and zoning
