Our story
We started because the quotes never matched the invoice
Duct cleaning has a reputation problem in South Florida, and it is earned. Low phone quotes, a technician who finds three urgent problems once he is inside, and a final number two or three times what you agreed to.
We built Flow in 2016 around the opposite habit. We look at the system first, tell you what we found in language that does not require a trade background, and give you the price. That price is what you pay. If we get partway in and find something genuinely unexpected, we stop and talk to you rather than continuing and adding it to the bill.
Ten years in, that is still the whole pitch. It is not a clever one. It just turns out to be rarer than it should be. Here is what we actually do, and what people ask before booking.
How we work
Twelve technicians, none of them subcontracted
Everyone who shows up at your door works for us. That matters more than it sounds like it should. A subcontracted crew has no stake in whether you call the company again, and it shows in the corners they cut.
Having our own team is also why scheduling moves quickly. We are not waiting on someone else availability to give you a date.
What that means on the day
- Inspection before anything is touched or quoted
- A price agreed in writing before work starts
- Before-and-after photos on every visit, without asking
- No upsell scripts and no manufactured urgency
- If we find something outside our scope, we document it and tell you
- If the work is not right, we come back and make it right
What we do not do
Three services, on purpose
Companies that offer everything are usually subcontracting most of it. We would rather be genuinely good at a short list.
We do not do HVAC repair
We clean ductwork. If your system needs mechanical work, we will tell you what we saw and you can call someone who does that properly.
We do not do masonry
We sweep and inspect chimneys. Liner or mortar work gets documented with photos so you can hand it to a mason.
We do not sell air purifiers
No UV lights, no filtration upsells at the door. If you ask, we will give you an honest opinion.
We do not quote blind
Any number given over the phone before seeing the system is a guess. We will not pretend otherwise to win the booking.
Where we work
Two counties, deliberately
We cover Broward and Palm Beach County. Not the whole state, not Miami-Dade, not anywhere with a highway. A defined area is what lets us schedule you within days instead of weeks, and it is why our technicians actually know the housing stock they are walking into.
Beachfront towers, canal-front homes with corroding vent caps, seventies single-family with original attic ductwork, newer inland construction with multi-zone systems. We see all of it every week.
